Situated on the shores of Island Lake in the Wilderness National Park, right in the heart of the Garden Route. 20 km drive away from either George or Sedgefield & 47 km away from Knysna, with the village of Wilderness, a few minutes away.

    All rates incl. VAT @ 15% - Max 6 persons per site Basic tariff allows free access of one car & one boat per Site/Rondavel. A second car will be charged for at R40.00 extra per day. A second boat will be charged for at R60.00 extra per day. Max 2 cars per site/rondavel provided they are accommodated on the site/rondavel parking area.
    Please book in advance – 50% deposit payable with reservation to secure site/rondavel – Balance
    Payable 30 days before arrival and 60 days before arrival for school holidays and long weekends,
    except for December/January bookings which there are different payment arrangements for in place – please contact us for our High Season payment arrangements.
    R200.00 refundable deposit is payable in cash only on arrival for a gate entry tag.
    NO PETS ALLOWED IN RESORT – ALL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
    BRING OWN BRAAI & GRID FOR YOUR CAMPSITE AS WELL AS A BLUE ADAPTOR FOR CONNECTING TO POWER POINT.

    SENIORS RATES
    (All rates incl. VAT @ 15%) The senior rate allows access to maximum two persons, one car & one boat per site.
    A second car will be charged for at R40.00 per day.
    A second boat will be charged for at R60.00 per day.
    Max 2 cars per site provided they are accommodated on the site.
    A R200.00 refundable deposit for a gate entry tag is payable in cash only at arrival.

  • • Tar to the entrance. Internal roads are gravel.

  • • Pets not allowed

  • • Cell signal - Visitors report that Vodacom and MTN signal is good.

  • • Security fenced or patrolled. As a general precaution wherever you travel, keep valuables secured away.
