• Fires are only allowed in the dedicated fire pit! Take along wood for both the braai area and the 'donkey' that is used to make hot water.

• Die Bos Kamp - one shower, one toilet and scullery station with wood fired warm water system exclusive to your group • Die Fynbos Kamp - toilet and hot water shower as well as a sink • Hot water is by means of a donkey boiler and guests are required to build and tend the fire for such - allow lots of time for the water to heat up!

• Scullery area for washing dishes on each site.

• No laundry facilities.

• No onsite bar or restaurant - places to eat and takeaways in Tulbagh 9kms.

• No onsite shop - stock up on groceries in Tulbagh 9kms.

• Die Bos Kamp - suitable for all types of typically accepted camping vehicles and ways of camping, although there is a stretch of gravel road through the farm which may cause concern to soft caravan owners - watch the video for a preview • Die Fynbos Kamp is suitable only for high clearance vehilces, tents and and off-road trailers.

• Tar all the way to entrance. Internal farm roads are all gravel and subject to being muddy and wet in the rainy season.

• Well socialised pets welcome by prior arrangement at Bos Kamp only - no size or breed restrictions. Pets not allowed at Die Fynbos Kamp.
