Sites
Large open area, suitable for about 30 sites, on seasonal grass and with or without shade. Sites cannot be pre-booked - first-come first-served.

• Power on shared posts - limited power - appliances using heating elements are not allowed. Please use the minimum number of appliances at any one time. Bring a long 25m+ extension cord.

• Fresh water taps in camping area.

• Drum-type Braais available - on busy weekends there may not be enough. Bring your own.

• Reasonably modern, clean shared ablutions • 3 Unisex bathrooms in old camping area with hot water, baths, basins and flushing toilets • 1 Unisex shower room in the old camping area with hot water, basin and flushing toilet • 8 Unisex shower rooms in the new camping area with hot water, showers, basins and flushing toilets.

• No onsite restaurant. There are a number of restaurants in Dullstroom to choose from - 14kms away.

• Wood, Charcoal, Firelighters and Ice available from the staff at the lodge. Groceries in Dullstroom 14kms.

• Swimming pool - filled with natural spring waters - only heated during busy periods • Strictly Flyfishing - only approved fly fishing equipment to be used • No boats are allowed, only waders • Bring your own gear for all activities.

Access

• Depending on the route you take, site is suitable for all types of typically accepted camping vehicles and ways of camping.

• Tar and 5.1km of gravel road to entrance. All internal roads are gravel and can be done in a 2 x 4 vehicle from the Pretoria/Johannesburg side. For vehicles travelling from Nelspruit, the shortest route is only accessible by more rugged high clearance vehicles.
