Camp sites are situated within the shaded grounds on seasonal grass - bring a net ground sheet to protect the grass.

Two Bearz ???? ???? and a Skulpie ????, our 1995 Sprite Sprint, had the opportunity with a group of friends to camp at this resort from 17 to 19 November 2023.
A Hidden Treasure of the Natal South Coast and prices are very reasonable.
It is located just minutes away from the Hibberdene CBD and an award winning Blue Flag Beach. Sit and listen and watch the birds on the banks of the Mzimayi River.
Although it rained Friday night and the wind blew all of Saturday a great time was had. The place is very sheltered compared to other places closer to the ocean but when the wind blows gale force at the coast you not protected anywhere.
Sites are grassed as best they can be under the big shady trees. All sites have electricity (Standard 3 prong plugs). Dustbins and braais are supplied. There is also a wonderful communal braai area. Water taps are scattered throughout the camp area so they are never too far away.
The bathrooms are clean although a bit old. Each site gets a key to the Ladies and Gents which means they are kept clean. Water is supplied by gas geysers so always hot water. Only drawback would be the distance to the ablutions but this is due to them being built above the general flood plain of the Mzimayi River.
The scullery area is closer and by the tennis courts.
There is a swimming pool, Putt-putt, Tennis Courts and a games room.
The best part was just sitting at the camp ground listening to nature.
