150 Well grassed and shady sites - some have cement slabs for a level and stable base. Average site is 12m x 12m. Bring a net ground sheet to protect the grass.

August 21, 2023 at 8:03 amThis is a spectacular place for camping and glamping on the banks of the Kwelera river. Canoes can be hired and a stunningly scenic route accompanies you paddling down to the river mouth about 4 km down stream. The unisex ablutions are truly 5 star. The resort has a full restaurant serving campers (both short and long stay). You have emu’s, ostriches, bunnies, tame bushbuck, zebra and tortoises are sharing your campsite, and the bird life is exceptional. Kids play park is well equipped to keep them outside. The resort does not allow casual day visitors. All camp sites are lawned with braai facilities. Their is a Spar, doctors, chemist, garage etc at Crossways, 7 km away. My single person pensioner rate out of season was R210/day.
