• No power - off-grid campsite. Ice and freezer facilities available at farmhouse which is 1 km from the camp.

• Water is not potable - bring your own drinking water.

• Braai on each site but bring your own grid.
Amenities

• Communal ablutions with hot water, showers, basins and flushing toilets. Disabled friendly bathroom. Ablutions are illuminated by solar lights. Bring your own toilet paper.

• Scullery facilities for washing dishes.

• No laundry facilities.

• No restaurant onsite - bring everything you need or visit a place to eat in Swellendam 20kms.

• No shop onsite - bring everything you need - closest shops are in Swellendam 20kms. Wood and ice can be bought. Milk is available on the farm.

Access

• Accessible for all vehicles, but a 4×4 is recommended to tow a caravan up the steep hill at the campsite. If you are camping with a regular tent, you should not have any problems traversing this steep hill with a normal vehicle.

• 15+kms of gravel road from the N2 turnoff.

• Pets not allowed. Policy changed from being pet-friendly due to complaints.
