Overview

Located in the Eastern Cape province, 16kms from Cradock. Proclaimed for the purpose protecting the endangered Cape Mountain Zebra.

Sites

20 Paved sites which are close together with little privacy. Only a few sites offer any shade. Bring net ground sheets to protect the grass. Little general lighting at night, so a torch is essential. Park Telephone: 048 801 5700.

Rates
  • Campsite Price Guide*
    November 2023 to October 2024
    Rates based on 2 people. Additional charges for any adults and children to a maximum of 6 persons per site.
    Campsite with power - R402 to R444 per night depending on dates.

    Daily Conservation fees for 1 Nov 2021 to 31 Oct 2022 for South African Citizens and Residents (with ID) - R67 per adult per day, R33 per child per day. Members of SANParks’ loyalty programme WILD do not pay conservation fees provided that proof of Identity and their WILD card are shown on arrival. A community fund of 1% will be added to the cost of all accommodation.
