Western Cape, Hopefield - A family-oriented getaway within driving distance from Cape Town - very popular with day visitors, although they not allowed into the camping area.
Sites
Flat grassed campsites without shade trees, but there are small shaded structures on each site. Day visitors are not allowed into the camping area.

• No power - an entirely off-grid campsite. Bring your own power supply, lighting etc.

• Communal ablution with hot water, showers, basins and flushing toilets.

• Scullery area for washing dishes. Communal fridges and freezers for use by campers.

• No restaurant or bar onsite - places to eat and takeaways in Hopefield 8kms.

• Small kiosk on the premises that sells the basic necessities such as ice cream and cooldrinks daily between 9 am and 5 pm.

Camping Rates Guide*
20 September 2024 to 11 December 2024 : R200 pppn
11 December to 15 January - R800 per site per night for up to 4 people. Additonal persons at R200 pppn.
15 January 2025 to 30 April 2025 - R200 pppn
No charge for children 2 years and younger.
Camping fees include use of the swimming pool facilities.
